Job Description

SiteMax is seeking a motivated, passionate Account Executive to focus on prospecting, building, retaining and growing our SMB clients. This person will work closely with the SiteMax customer success team and various other internal teams to ensure our customers are set up for success.

You will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers as well as the expansion of existing accounts. To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who can quickly understand both SiteMax and the environments in which our customers operate. You will be required to evaluate customer needs, clearly communicate with best practices and deliver ROI analysis. You will also be responsible for cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships resulting in customers who become passionate advocates of our productivity tools.

All applicants must have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in a SaaS environment) and although it is not necessary, it would be considered an asset to have a background in construction.

What you'll be doing at SiteMax:

- Prospect and qualify outbound leads
- Connect and consult with inbound leads and marketing generated opportunities
- Drive sales from initial contact, all the way through to close, managing multiple customers simultaneously
through various stages of SiteMax sales cycle and transitioning new deals to customer success
- Prepare and present software demos with prospects and guide them through the buying process
- Leverage sales management tools to track sales activities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and work with management to provide an accurate sales forecast
based on targets and KPI's
- Sell to key decision makers within organizations of all sizes
- Identify product improvements/new features by remaining current on customer needs and industry trends
- Helping grow the sales team and build a scalable, repeatable process

About you and what type of skills you'll need:
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience within a fast paced environment
- The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for Sales
- Technologically savvy and ability to learn new technology fast
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas and goals
- The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Boundless energy, enthusiasm and positivity
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
- Expertise in Construction is a benefit to applicants
